La Historia
La historia que dio origen al ministerio cinematográfico global de los hermanos Kendrick regresa, ahora reimaginada por cineastas brasileños bajo la dirección de los Kendrick. Este nuevo estreno cinematográfico responde al creciente impacto de los hermanos Kendrick en Brasil. Durante la gira promocional de su más reciente película, LA FORJA, que debutó en el puesto número uno de taquilla en Brasil, los hermanos Kendrick se reunieron con iglesias, pastores y cineastas, quienes compartieron su anhelo y sus oraciones por ver películas inspiradas en la fe y arraigadas en su propia cultura. De esas conversaciones nació esta nueva versión brasileña de FLYWHEEL.
Ambientada en Río de Janeiro, la nueva película FLYWHEEL: VIDA CON PROPÓSITO sigue la historia de Noé Silva, un carismático y persuasivo vendedor de autos usados cuyo enfoque de “hacer lo que sea necesario” en los negocios y en la vida comienza a desmoronar tanto su hogar como su carrera.Tras una serie de llamados de atención, Noah se ve obligado a enfrentar el precio de sus decisiones. Así inicia un camino difícil y profundamente personal para recuperar su integridad, mientras intenta reconquistar el corazón de su esposa y su hijo.
Filmada en locaciones de Brasil, FLYWHEEL: VIDA CON PROPÓSITO se estrena en los Estados Unidos exclusivamente en cines a partir del 16 de octubre. La película, que cuenta con Alex Kendrick en el elenco, fue producida en portugués y será doblada y subtitu
ABOUT THE FILM The Story
Filmed on location in Brazil, FLYWHEEL: Ignition Of The Soul releases in the U.S. exclusively in theatres beginning October 16. The movie, which includes Alex Kendrick in the cast, was produced in Portuguese and has English audio voiced by Brett Varvel, Masey McLain, Todd Terry, and Lara Silva among others.
Set in Rio de Janeiro, the new film FLYWHEEL: Ignition Of The Soul follows Noah Silva, a smooth-talking, used-car salesman whose “do-whatever-it-takes” approach to business and life begins to unravel at home and at work. After a series of wake-up calls, Noah is forced to confront the cost of his choices. He begins a difficult and deeply personal journey to restore his integrity while trying to win back the hearts of his wife and son.
The story that launched the Kendrick Brothers’ global film ministry returns, now reimagined by Brazilian filmmakers under the Kendricks’ direct guidance. This new film release is in response to the Kendrick Brothers’ growing impact in Brazil. During a promotional tour for their most-recent movie, THE FORGE, which opened #1 in Brazil, the Kendrick Brothers connected with churches, pastors, and filmmakers who shared their hopes and prayers for locally rooted, faith-driven movies. From those conversations, a Brazilian FLYWHEEL remake was born.
